Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through Chat, Email, and Calls (Semi-Voice).
Resolve customer issues promptly while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Work in rotational shifts as required by the process.

Salary & Compensation:
Freshers: ₹25,500 CTC / month
Experienced: ₹30,000 CTC / month
