Core Duties and Responsibilities
Insurance &
Fleet Management:

Prepare detailed repair estimates, expedite insurance approvals, negotiate corporate claims, and build relationships with large fleet operators to drive business growth.
Workflow &
Resource Allocation:

Assign body repair, frame straightening, and painting tasks to technicians based on their specific skill sets to meet strict deadlines.
Quality Control &
Testing:

Inspect heavy vehicle structural repairs and paint finishes to ensure they match manufacturer guidelines and safety standards.
Department Coordination: Work closely with the parts department and workshop managers to ensure heavy-duty replacement parts are ordered and delivered on time.
Staff Supervision &
Safety:





Monitor technician productivity, enforce workplace safety rules, and provide training or mentoring to improve team performance.
Customer Communication: Provide clients and fleet managers with repair status updates, explain final invoices, and handle dispute resolutions.

Pay: ₹12,200.32 - ₹20,862.05 per month
