Job Overview

Learnuz is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team in Calicut. Freshers who are interested in sales, client communication, and business development are encouraged to apply.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate current business opportunities.
Connect with potential clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Understand client requirements and explain Learnuz's products and services.
Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Convert qualified leads into customers.
Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.
Conduct basic market research to identify potential customers and opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.




Prepare regular reports on sales and business development activities.

Requirements
Freshers with 0 years of experience are welcome.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Confidence in communicating with clients.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Willingness to learn and develop sales skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
