We are looking for an experienced Contact Center Development / Project Delivery qualified with solid expertise in the Ameyo Contact Center Platform and contact center technologies. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, integrating, and supporting contact center solutions while ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end contact center project implementation and delivery.
Configure and customize the Ameyo Contact Center Platform.
Work with IVR, Omnichannel, and Dialer technologies.
Manage integrations involving VoIP, SIP, and Asterisk.
Develop and maintain PostgreSQL databases and related queries.




Troubleshoot technical issues and provide production support.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for project execution.
Monitor system performance and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Prepare technical documentation and project-related reports.
