About the Role
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Contact Center Executives with excellent English communication skills. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling outbound calls, engaging with customers professionally, and achieving performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain company products and services effectively.
Generate and qualify leads.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Maintain accurate CRM records.
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets.
Eligibility
Graduate
Freshers with excellent English communication are welcome.
0–3 years of experience in Telecalling/BPO/Customer Support is preferred.
Pay: ₹220,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
