Position: Business Development Manager

Work Location: Onsite / In-Person

Working Hours: Flexible Schedule Available

Salary: Up to ₹70,000/month

Experience: 3–5 Years

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

3–5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales

Strong understanding of SEO, Paid Media & SMM

Positive knowledge of Website Development & Digital Services

Hands-on experience with Upwork & other freelancing platforms

Robust lead generation & client acquisition skills

Excellent communication,



negotiation & client relationship skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Generate and convert new business opportunities

Identify and engage potential clients through Upwork & freelancing platforms

Prepare proposals and handle client communications

Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Collaborate with marketing & technical teams

Drive revenue growth and achieve business targets
