Role & responsibilities
Drive branch business performance by achieving targets for loan sourcing, disbursement, portfolio growth, and profitability.
Manage branch operations and compliance ensuring adherence to company policies, audit requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
Lead and develop the branch team through regular coaching, performance monitoring, and productivity enhancement initiatives.
Monitor portfolio quality and collections by controlling delinquency, supporting recovery efforts, and maintaining healthy asset quality.
Build customer and channel relationships with dealers, DSAs, customers, and local stakeholders to generate sustainable business growth.

Preferred candidate profile
Experienced NBFC/Banking skilled with exposure to branch management, lending operations, and team handling.
Solid leadership and business development skills with a proven track record of achieving sales and portfolio targets.
Positive understanding of credit, collections, and compliance with the ability to manage branch profitability and asset quality effectively.
