Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify and generate current leads through telecalling, social media, referrals, and other channels.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Make regular follow-up calls to potential clients.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team as required.
Maintain proper records of client interactions and follow-ups.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client communication and support.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or business development is an added advantage.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of regional languages such as Tamil, Malayalam,



Kannada, or Telugu will be an added advantage.
Positive convincing, follow-up, and client-handling skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹144,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
