– Business Development Executive

Location: Sector 52, Gurgaon

Experience:2-3Years/ Fresher

Industry Preferred: Healthcare / Hospital / Aesthetic

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
Generate current business opportunities and achieve monthly targets.
Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals and referral partners.
Generate patient referrals and improve patient acquisition.
Follow up on leads and convert them into business.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth patient handling.
Maintain daily visit, lead, referral and conversion reports.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and networking skills.
Strong sales, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
Positive knowledge of the healthcare market (preferred candidates from Healthcare/Hospital/Aesthetic background).
Proficiency in MS Excel/CRM is preferred.
Freshers with robust communication skills are welcome to apply.
