Roles and Responsibilities
Manage Banca channel sales performance, focusing on Bancassurance products such as life insurance.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Develop and execute strategies to increase bancassurance sales through partnerships with banks.
Desired Candidate Profile
(preferably male candidates) Experience in banca sales or related field (bancassurance).
Solid understanding of bancassurance products, including life insurance solutions.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a rapid-paced workplace.
