Job PurposeThis position is open with Bajaj Finance Limited. Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for overall branch operations,performance & profitability of the branch.
Drive & participate in field-marketing activities of various financial products along with the team to improve brand visibility
Plan,conduct & monitor the branch & field level marketing activities to ensure health pipeline of leads resulting into business conversion & branch growth
Focus on customer engagement for new customer acquisitions & retainment of old customers
Responsible for keeping NPAs in control through solid follow-ups from the customers for interest collections
Positive planning abilities are required for smooth functioning of the branch & for developing cohesiveness within the company and co-workers.
Hiring, coaching, mentoring and training employees and providing them with timely feedback on their performance




Maintaining quality & performance of the business, preparing various reports of the same and take necessary actions for growth of business in branch

Required Qualifications and Experience Education & Skill Qualifications:
2 years of relevant experience required.
Bachelor's Degree/Post-graduation Degree preferred.
Previous experience in gold loan banking, gold loan products, management or client service preferred.
Consistently demonstrates explicit and concise written and verbal communication skills.
