ABOUT THE JOB: We are a newly opening Pure Vegetarian Restaurant in Sunny Enclave, Kharar, serving a complete Chinese & Snacks menu. We are looking for an experienced Chinese Chef who can independently handle the Chinese kitchen and help us establish proper recipes, taste, portions and kitchen workflow.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare complete Vegetarian Chinese menu • Noodles, Fried Rice, Manchurian, Chilli Paneer, Starters, Spring Rolls, Momos etc.
Help finalize recipes, sauces, gravies & portion sizes • Maintain consistent taste and presentation • Control food wastage and portion cost • Train/guide junior Chinese cook • Maintain hygiene and kitchen discipline • Manage prep and service during rush hours • Help set up the Chinese kitchen for a current restaurant REQUIREMENTS:
3–5 years Chinese restaurant/QSR experience preferred • Strong experience in Vegetarian Chinese food • Must be able to handle kitchen independently • Positive speed during rush hours • Should understand basic costing, portions and preparation • Immediate joiner preferred SIGNIFICANT: Practical cooking trial will be conducted before selection.
