Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving business targets, managing staff, developing customer relationships, and ensuring smooth branch operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise daily branch operations.
Lead, motivate, and manage the branch team.
Set and achieve sales, revenue, and business targets.
Handle customer concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Prepare and review branch performance reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Coordinate with the head office and other departments.
Identify recent business prospects and support branch growth.

Qualification: Degree
