Clinical Data Manager

Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Clinical Data Manager to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience in clinical data management activities across the study lifecycle, from protocol conversion and database build through data cleaning, reconciliation, validation, and database closeout.

Key Responsibilities
Manage clinical data management activities throughout the study lifecycle.
Support protocol conversion and clinical database development/build.
Design and review CRFs/eCRFs based on study requirements.
Perform clinical data review, cleaning, and discrepancy management.
Manage and resolve data queries in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
Perform data reconciliation and ensure data consistency and quality.
Support database validation and maintenance activities.
Coordinate database closeout activities and ensure study deliverables are completed on time.
Identify data quality issues and support appropriate resolution.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clinical data management deliverables meet project requirements.

Required Qualifications & Experience
5+ years of experience in Clinical Data Management preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field or equivalent experience preferred.
Solid understanding of clinical data management processes and standards.
Hands-on experience with database build, CRF/eCRF design, data review, reconciliation, query management, and data cleaning.
Experience in database validation, discrepancy management, maintenance, and closeout.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Project.
CCDM certification is preferred.
