Key Responsibilities

 Update customers regarding order and material status.

 Coordinate with Production, Quality, Dispatch and other departments.

 Track material progress using Google Sheets.

 Maintain customer orders, billing, dispatch, outsourcing and quarantine records.

 Ensure accurate data entry in MS Excel.

 Handle customer queries and follow-ups.

 Maintain customer feedback and relationships.

Skills Required

 Valuable communication and coordination skills.

 Knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

 Solid follow-up and customer handling skills.

 Positive documentation and data management skills.
