Key Responsibilities
Manage overall branch operations and business performance.
Achieve monthly Gold Loan disbursement, AUM and revenue targets.
Generate new customers and increase branch business.
Lead, motivate and monitor Branch Executives and other branch staff.
Monitor daily branch activities, productivity and target achievement.
Ensure proper gold appraisal, loan processing, documentation and disbursement.
Monitor collections, overdue accounts and NPA control.
Ensure secure custody and security of pledged gold.
Handle customer queries and escalations professionally.
Maintain accurate branch MIS and submit regular reports to the reporting manager.
Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements and regulatory guidelines.
Conduct regular follow-ups with customers for renewals, repayments and overdue accounts.




Coordinate with the Zonal/Regional team for business growth and operational requirements.

Requirements
4–8 years of experience in Gold Loan / NBFC / Banking.
Prior experience as Branch Manager / Branch Head preferred.
Robust knowledge of Gold Loan operations and branch management.
Good leadership and team-handling skills.
Target-oriented with strong business development skills.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Knowledge of collections and branch-level MIS.
Willingness to work on targets and manage branch operations independently.

Pay: ₹25,543.49 - ₹55,696.44 per month
