Manage CRM operations, customer data, dealer/distributor records and sales-related customer information for the cattle feed business.
Monitor customer enquiries, complaints, feedback and ensure timely resolution through coordination with Sales and Marketing teams.
Develop CRM reports, dashboards and MIS to track sales, customer retention, dealer performance and business growth.
Ensure accurate data entry, regular database updates and effective utilization of CRM/ERP systems across the organization.
Analyze customer and sales data to identify trends, improve customer relationships and support management in business decision-making.
