Job Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the overall operations of the Delhi branch.
Develop strategies to increase the client base and generate leads for home healthcare services.
Manage sourcing and onboarding of healthcare workers to ensure adequate staffing and better placements.
Guide and support the team to achieve branch targets and operational goals.
Monitor team performance and motivate staff to deliver high-quality service.
Ensure smooth coordination between clients, caregivers, and internal teams.
Maintain high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Identify business opportunities and implement strategies for branch growth and expansion.

Experience
5–8 years of experience in required
Experience in team management, lead generation, sourcing, and operations management is preferred.

MSW / MHA (Preferred)
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
