Lawfinity is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated CS Intern to join our legal and compliance team in Mumbai. This internship offers hands-on experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, secretarial documentation, and corporate law practices.

Responsibilities
Corporate Governance & Compliance: Assist in ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, and other applicable corporate laws and regulations.
Secretarial Documentation: Draft notices, agendas, minutes, and resolutions for Board and General Meetings.
Filing & Returns: Assist in preparing and filing statutory returns, forms, and registers with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) / MCA portal.
Due Diligence & Legal Research:



Conduct legal research on corporate law updates, amendments, and regulatory notifications.
Liaisoning: Support interaction with regulatory authorities, legal counsels, and auditors as required.
Record Keeping: Maintain statutory books, statutory registers, and corporate secretarial files.
