Looking for a Compliance Officer to oversee regulatory compliance for its Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) operations and ensure adherence to applicable SEBI regulations, AML requirements, and internal compliance policies.
Minimum Eligibility Requirements
Possess a deep understanding of:
SEBI (Alternative Investment Funds) Regulations, 2012
Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA)
KYC/AML requirements
FATCA/CRS compliance and be willing to undertake compliance and regulatory responsibilities for an AIF.
Min 2+ year experience in Financial Services Compliance can apply.
Preferred Qualifications
LLB OR Company Secretary (CS having registration numbers)
NISM-Series-XIX-C (Alternative Investment Fund Managers Certification)
Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
