Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer with a strong background in road construction and maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and executing road works while ensuring quality, safety, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage road construction projects from start to finish.
Ensure compliance with engineering standards, specifications, and safety regulations.
Review project drawings, plans, and technical documents.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams for smooth execution.
Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and resolve on-site issues.
Conduct quality checks on materials and workmanship.
Ensure projects are completed within deadlines and budgets.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).




Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in road works or highway projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Willingness to work in office within West Bengal.

Preferred Skills
Experience in government or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
Familiarity with project management practices.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
