Design and Planning: Develop detailed designs, drawings for railway infrastructure, including tracks, bridges, tunnels, and related structures, ensuring they meet safety and technical specifications.
Construction Supervision: Oversee and manage in office construction activities, ensuring work is completed according to plans and safety standards.
Project Management: Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project completion within budget.
Compliance: Ensure all railway projects adhere to relevant safety regulations, industry standards, and environmental guidelines.
Inspection and Reporting: Conduct regular site inspections, prepare reports on project status, and identify and resolve any engineering issues.
Safety Management: Implement and enforce safety protocols on construction sites, ensuring the well-being of all workers.




Budget and Resource Management: Manage project budgets and resources effectively, ensuring productive use of materials and manpower.
Coordination: Collaborate with other engineering disciplines (e.g., electrical, mechanical) and various departments within the railway organization.
Maintenance and Repair: Oversee the maintenance and repair of existing railway infrastructure to ensure its long-term functionality and safety.
Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks associated with railway projects and develop mitigation strategies.
Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring high-quality engineering solutions
