We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to drive business development, student enrolment, sales, and institutional partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve student enrolment and revenue targets.
Develop sales and business strategies for the assigned region.
Build relationships with schools, colleges, universities, and educational institutions.
Generate leads and identify recent business prospects.
Manage, guide, and motivate the sales/marketing team.
Conduct seminars, presentations, counselling, and promotional activities.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Prepare MIS reports and track team performance.




Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

Requirements
8+ years of experience in Education Sales, Business Development, or Student Enrolment.
Experience in the Education/Higher Education industry preferred.
Solid team management and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Willingness to travel as required.
Graduate/MBA preferred.

Pay: ₹35,454.00 - ₹403,232.00 per month
