We are hiring a skilled Civil Engineer with 37+ years of experience in residential and commercial construction projects. The candidate should have robust knowledge of construction, site execution, quality control, measurements, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, supervise, and execute civil construction works as per drawings and project schedules.
Monitor RCC, block work, plastering, flooring, painting, and finishing works.
Check site measurements, quantities, materials, and workmanship.
Coordinate with architects, site engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and labour teams.
Ensure proper quality, safety, and timely completion of work.
Manage manpower, materials, and day-to-day site activities.
Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
Assist with measurements, BOQs, billing, and quantity verification.
Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.




Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.

Requirements
Qualification: B.E. Civil Engineering / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Experience: 3–7+ years in civil construction and site execution.
Valuable knowledge of construction methods, drawings, measurements, and materials.
Tamil-speaking candidates preferred
Ability to manage labour, subcontractors, and site activities.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is mandatory.
Willing to work at different site locations across Chennai.

Salary & Perks
Salary: 20,000 – 35,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance.
