Role & responsibilities

Lead end-to-end QA activities for OLT, NMS, GPON/XGS-PON, Broadband CPE, and Wi-Fi products. Own test strategy, feature validation, customer issue analysis, automation initiatives, and release quality across multiple product lines.

Key Responsibilities
Own complete QA lifecycle from requirement review to release sign-off.
Lead validation of OLT, NMS, GPON/XGS-PON, ONT/CPE, and Mesh solutions.
Drive test planning, execution, defect management, and quality metrics.
Perform customer issue replication, RCA, and interoperability testing.
Lead automation initiatives and mentor QA engineers.
Collaborate with Product, Development, DevOps, and Customer teams.
