About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and fluent/native english speaking Inbound Customer Support Associates to join our growing operational team in Davanagere. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, resolving queries, handling service requests, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Inquiry Resolution: Handle incoming customer calls regarding inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally and efficiently.

Process Adherence: Follow operational scripts, guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to resolve issues accurately.

CRM Data Entry: Record accurate details of customer interactions, tickets, and resolutions in the database/CRM tool during or after each call.

First Call Resolution (FCR): Strive to resolve issues on the initial call to maximize customer satisfaction (CSAT).

Escalation Management:



Identify complex issues and escalate them to team leaders or specialized departments when necessary.

Key Requirements Work Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, telecalling, BPO, office administration, or front-desk operations.

Education: Graduate or 12+ / Diploma in any field,/ Graduates etc.

Language Proficiency:

◦ English: Native / Fluent (Essential for regional customer base).

Kannada: Native / Fluent (Essential for regional customer base).

ComputeBasic knowledge of computer usage, typing speed (20+ WPM), and familiarity with MS Office / web applications.

Problem-Solving Skills: Patient listener with solid problem-solving abilities and a polite, empathetic phone etiquette

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
