Role & responsibilities
Experience in In-Process Quality Control.
Experience in preparation and handling of Hyundai & KIN 5-Star Audit documentation/reports.
Ensure implementation and compliance of IATF 16949:2016.
Valuable knowledge of APQP, PPAP, SPC, GD&T;, ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
Knowledge of ESG requirements will be an added advantage.
Solid understanding of 7 QC Tools, 8D, QMS, FMEA and MSA.
Process knowledge in Sheet Metal, Welding, Casting and Machining.
Experience in In-Process Quality Development and conducting internal and external process audits.
Knowledge of IMDS and MSDS documentation.
Experience in conducting Process, Product and System Audits.
Ability to coordinate certification audits and customer audits, including 5-Star and Safety-Critical audits.

Preferred candidate profile We are primarily looking for a candidate who is robust in Quality Documentation, Audit Preparation, QMS documentation and compliance activities, along with practical knowledge of Quality processes.
