Deputy Store Manager
Looking for a dedicated and proactive Store Manager to manage daily operations at KMC Mart, Sonapur.
Your responsibilities will include
Manage and oversee all daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock orders, and ensure products are properly displayed, rotated, and priced.
Hire, train, schedule, and supervise store staff to maintain high standards of customer service.
Ensure the store layout and merchandising align with our branding guidelines.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Departmental Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or a similar leadership role.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to work adaptable shifts
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
