We are looking for motivated Sales Associates to guide customers in purchasing Term & Health Insurance policies and drive sales through consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
Guide customers through the online policy purchase process.
Handle customer queries and explain policy features clearly.
Follow up with leads and achieve sales targets.
Maintain a high level of customer service and follow company compliance processes.
Requirements
Graduate/MBA preferred.
Freshers can apply; 1+ year experience in Sales/BPO/Insurance is preferred.
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Target-oriented and customer-focused.
