Job Role- Architect & Design Manager

Location- Hinjewadi Phase 1 , Pune

Exp - 5 to 10 years

Education -Bachelors degree in Architecture

Industry - Real Estate OR Architecture firm

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end design process for multiple ongoing projects. • Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants (structural, MEP, landscape), contractors, and vendors.
Ensure design intent is maintained throughout concept, schematic, design development, and working drawing stages.
Review and provide feedback on all design submissions, drawings, and technical documentation.
Prepare and review production drawings for architecture and interior fit-outs.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project standards. • Ensure compatibility and integration of architectural and MEP designs. • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including project, engineering, and execution teams.
Attend project meetings, provide design updates, and resolve design-related issues.




Liaise with external consultants to ensure timely submission and revisions.
Ensure compliance with local building by-laws, codes, and regulations. • Maintain proper documentation, version control, and design records.
Participate in site visits to verify design implementation and quality control.

Key Skills & Competencies
Solid experience in design management and coordinating multi-disciplinary stakeholders.
Expertise in production drawings for architectural and interior fit-out works.
High proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
Understanding of architectural, interior, and MEP integration.
Solid attention to detail, design sense, and technical accuracy.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Problem-solving approach with a commitment to quality and timelines.
