We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Executive to join our team , responsible for providing exceptional service to customers seeking secured business loans (Micro LAP). The ideal candidate will have a solid background in customer service and experience with micro LAP products.

Roles and Responsibility
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to secured business loans.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business.
Identify new business opportunities and refer them to the sales team.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.




Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in the financial industry.
Solid knowledge of micro LAP products and secured business loans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience working with CRM software is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹9,887.15 - ₹27,988.43 per month
