Job Purpose To support customers with vehicle pick-up and delivery, provide skilled customer assistance, and support the Service Department in maintaining smooth customer service operations.

Key Responsibilities
Pick up and deliver customer vehicles safely and on time.
Maintain valuable communication and professional relationships with customers.
Assist customers during vehicle reception and delivery when required.
Coordinate with Service Advisors regarding vehicle pick-up, delivery and service status.
Support the Service Team in increasing vehicle inflow and customer retention.
Handle customer vehicles responsibly and maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety during transportation.
Assist with customer follow-ups, service reminders and feedback collection.




Ensure proper documentation during vehicle pick-up and delivery.
Support other Service Department activities as assigned by the Service Manager.

Requirements
Valid LMV Driving Licence with positive driving experience.
Previous experience as an automobile/service-centre driver or PRO will be an advantage.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Polite, responsible and customer-focused attitude.
Basic knowledge of automobiles and vehicle service procedures preferred.
Ability to work as part of a team and meet assigned targets.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
