Job Summary We are looking for a responsible, trustworthy and experienced Driver to join our organization. The driver will be responsible for safely transporting elders, children, staff and materials as required for the activities of Urugolu Old Age Home and Arivu Makkala Dhama. Key Responsibilities Safely drive the organization's vehicle for official and daily requirements. Pick up and drop elders, children and staff when required. Drive to hospitals, schools, offices, government departments and other locations. Assist with transportation for medical appointments and emergency requirements. Maintain the vehicle clean and in good condition. Check fuel, tyres, oil and basic vehicle condition regularly. Follow all traffic rules and safety regulations. Maintain basic records of trips, fuel and vehicle maintenance. Report any vehicle problems immediately to the management. Support the organization with other transportation-related duties when required. Treat elders, children and staff with patience, respect and care.



Candidate Requirements Valid Driving Licence is mandatory. Minimum 2 years of driving experience preferred. Good knowledge of Bengaluru and nearby routes. Experience driving both manual and automatic vehicles is preferred. Should be punctual, responsible and trustworthy. Good communication skills. Should have a safe and clean driving record.
Willingness to work flexible schedule when required.
