Factory Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager to handle daily factory operations, production, manpower, quality, and safety.

Responsibilities
Manage daily production and factory operations.
Plan production schedules and achieve targets.
Supervise and manage factory staff.
Monitor quality, productivity, and material usage.
Coordinate with maintenance, stores, purchase, and quality teams.
Ensure workplace safety and company policies.
Identify operational issues and implement solutions.
Maintain production reports and improve overall efficiency.

Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
5+ years of experience in factory/production management.
Solid leadership and team-management skills.
Valuable communication and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of production, quality, and safety standards.
