Role Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls.
Understand and resolve customer queries professionally.
Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.
Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate unresolved concerns when required.
Complete transactions and maintain accurate documentation.
Identify customer requirements and cross-sell suitable products.
Maintain high standards of customer service and quality.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication in English Hindi
SVAR Score: 50+
Valuable customer-handling and telephone etiquette
Active listening skills
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office familiarity
Valuable decision-making, logical reasoning and numerical ability
