We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Counselor cum Telecaller to join our Patna office immediately.

Key Responsibilities
Call prospective students and parents from the provided data channel.
Introduce our highly affordable online and offline courses (including our flagship 4-month rapid-track plans).
Counsel parents regarding course advantages, language mediums (Hindi/English), and structure.
Guide interested prospects to download the "SHRIM INSTITUTE" app from the Play Store and complete the admission process.
Maintain accurate daily reports of calls, follow-ups, and closures.





Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Intermediate/Graduate in any stream (Motivated undergraduate final-year students may apply).
Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years in Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Academic Counseling (EdTech/Coaching experience is a huge plus). Freshers with exceptional talking skills are welcome!
Language: Fluent in Hindi & English.
Skills: Strong convincing power, patient listener, polite telephone manners, and comfortable with mobile apps.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
