We are looking for an experienced Manager – Design to lead the Design & Engineering function for our Process Equipment Division.

The candidate should have robust hands-on experience in the design of pressure vessels, heat exchangers and other process equipment and should be familiar with applicable design codes and engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities
Lead design and engineering activities for pressure vessels, heat exchangers and process equipment.
Review customer specifications, RFQs, technical requirements and applicable codes.
Prepare/review design calculations,



GA drawings and fabrication drawings.
Ensure compliance with ASME Section VIII, TEMA and customer-specific requirements.
Working knowledge of ASME U Stamp requirements.
Coordinate with Sales, Proposal, Production, Quality and Project Planning teams.
Optimize designs for manufacturability, cost, safety and performance.
Review and approve engineering drawings and technical documentation.
Resolve design-related manufacturing and customer issues.
Guide and develop the design engineering team.

Mandatory Candidate Profile

Must have experience in:

Pressure Vessels / Heat Exchangers / Process Equipment manufacturing or engineering.
