key Responsibility :
Conceptualizing and creating innovative apparel designs that align with global fashion trends.
Producing detailed sketches, technical drawings, and tech packs using Adobe Illustrator and other design tools.
Leading and mentoring a team of junior designers, guiding them in design execution and improving their skills.
Conducting thorough research on fabric, trims, and manufacturing processes to ensure designs are both creative and feasible for production.
Ensuring all designs are aligned with client specifications and are produced within the given timelines.
Reviewing and approving sample garments during the prototyping stage to ensure designs meet the required standards.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams including product development, sourcing, and quality control to bring designs from concept to final product.
Keeping up-to-date with market trends, consumer preferences, and recent techniques in apparel design.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
