E-commerce Executive
We are looking for anE-commerce Executive to manage online orders, customer follow-ups, courier coordination, and order-related support.
Key Responsibilities
Handle COD confirmations and website order follow-ups.
Track pending, cancelled, and unconfirmed orders.
Assist customers with order, delivery, return, and exchange queries.
Coordinate with courier partners for delivery issues.
Follow up on NDR, RTO, and delayed shipments.
Maintain order records and basic reports.
Key Skills
E-commerce order management knowledge
Solid communication and coordination skills
Positive follow-up and problem-solving abilities
Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
salary- 25-30ctc monthly Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
