Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, understand their requirements, and guide them through gold, diamond, or polki collections.
Product Knowledge: Explain product features, craftsmanship, weight, purity (e.g., 22K gold, certified diamonds), and daily metal rates or billing calculations.
Sales Generation: Cross-sell or upsell matching items (e.g., earrings with a necklace) to meet individual and store sales targets.
Counter Management: Display jewellery neatly, handle daily counter stock replenishment, and ensure safety and cleanliness of assigned display areas.
Inventory & Billing Support: Assist in daily stock tallying, packaging, and coordinate with the billing counter for smooth customer checkout
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
