We are looking for a Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) who will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with customers, addressing their queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the organization in achieving its customer service and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Interact with customers and understand their requirements.
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and service requests.
Follow up with customers regularly and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Maintain valuable relationships with existing customers.
Coordinate with internal departments to meet customer requirements.
Maintain accurate customer information and interaction records.
Support customer retention and business development activities.
Provide information about products and services to customers.
Collect customer feedback and communicate improvement opportunities to management.
Achieve assigned customer service and performance targets.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in customer service, customer relations, sales,



or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable convincing and negotiation skills.
Customer-oriented attitude.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to handle customers professionally and patiently.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
