Are you an experienced Interior Designer / Architect ready to take the next step into leadership?

We’re looking for a Design Manager – Studio Head who can:

Lead and mentor a team of designers

Handle clients & drive design-led conversions

Review concepts, designs & presentations

Ensure strong technical drawings & execution feasibility

Manage residential interior projects

Take ownership of studio performance and outcomes

What we’re looking for
Strong residential interior experience
Experience in modular kitchens, wardrobes & furniture
Excellent client handling & presentation skills
Robust technical & execution knowledge
Leadership and problem-solving skills
High ownership and accountability
