Customer Relationship Manager Niyo Express

Niyo Solutions is looking for Customer Relationship Managers for its Niyo Express business. The role involves customer-facing service, product demonstration, KYC/onboarding support and cross-selling of Niyo's forex and travel-related products.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle delivery and fulfilment of pre-booked customer leads.
Support customers with KYC, onboarding and activation.
Conduct product demos and explain the benefits of Niyo Global Forex Cards.
Cross-sell International Travel Insurance, E-Sim, Forex Cash and other products.
Build solid customer relationships and generate referrals.
Handle customer queries, lead-status mapping and escalations.
Maintain solid product knowledge through training.

Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any stream.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; local language proficiency preferred.
Valuable interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
0–3 years of experience in sales or customer service.
Financial product sales/service experience is an added advantage.
Two-wheeler preferred because the role involves in-city field joining/travel.
