Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage online marketplace operations and ensure smooth day-to-day handling of products, orders, and customer support. The candidate should have experience working with platforms like Amazon and other online marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and handle online marketplaces such as Etsy, Amazon, and other e-commerce platforms
Create and manage product listings with accurate information and updates
Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory management
Handle customer queries, messages, and order-related issues professionally
Resolve customer complaints and provide timely support
Keep marketplace accounts updated with pricing, product details, and policies
Track marketplace performance and maintain smooth order processing
Coordinate with internal teams for dispatch, stock availability, and updates
Stay updated with marketplace trends, policy changes, and platform updates

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce or marketplace handling.
Basic understanding of e-commerce marketplaces.




Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of product listing and inventory management.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Basic computer and Excel knowledge preferred.
Proficient in written and spoken English with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and marketplace support teams.
Basic knowledge of WordPress and website management will be a plus.

Experience

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in managing e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Etsy, or similar online platforms.
