Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Troubleshoot hardware and software-related issues.
Install, configure, and support operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Ubuntu.
Provide support for basic LAN/WAN and network connectivity issues.
Manage and track IT support requests using ticketing tools.
Maintain IT asset records and support asset management activities.
Provide basic support and troubleshooting for CCTV and biometric systems.
Assist with antivirus installation, monitoring, and basic firewall-related activities.
Troubleshoot user access, system permissions, and other IT infrastructure-related issues.
Perform regular system checks and ensure IT equipment is functioning properly.
Coordinate with external vendors or service providers when required.
Maintain proper documentation of IT issues, resolutions, and assets.

Required Skills & Qualifications




1 to 1.5 years of experience in Desktop Support / IT Support.
Valuable knowledge of laptop and desktop hardware.
Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Ubuntu operating systems.
Basic understanding of networking concepts including LAN/WAN.
Familiarity with ticketing tools and IT asset management systems.
Knowledge of CCTV and biometric systems.
Basic understanding of antivirus and firewall systems.
Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, user access, and IT infrastructure-related issues.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests efficiently.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
