Job Responsibilities:
Manage order processing for online marketplace orders (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
Handle inventory management – stock updating, tracking, and maintaining records.
Handle order packaging & dispatch to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Coordinate with courier partners and vendors for smooth operations.
Maintain proper documentation related to orders, returns, and stock.
Ensure products are packed neatly and as per brand guidelines.

Requirements:
Prior experience in e-commerce operations, inventory, or warehouse management is preferred.
Basic knowledge of online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
Solid organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel / basic computer operations.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and responsible.

- Accurate and timely processing of all online orders.
- On-time dispatch with minimal SLA breaches.
- High inventory accuracy and proper stock tracking.
- Error-free picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Reduced wrong dispatches and packaging-related damages.
- Timely handling and documentation of returns and RTOs.
- Smooth coordination with courier partners and internal teams.
- Proper adherence to warehouse and operational SOPs.
