Job Title: Dispatch & Order Fulfillment Executive

Location: Ahmedabad

Department: Operations / Dispatch

Key Responsibilities
Receive and review customer POs and prepare the internal dispatch sheet.
Check finished-goods inventory against PO requirements and allocate stock.
Coordinate with production for shortages and ensure pending quantities are completed.
Physically arrange products/cartons PO-wise and customer-wise.
Verify SKU, quantity, PCS/box, batch number, expiry, carton number and weight.
Record actual carton weights and reconcile total quantity/weight.
Coordinate wrapping, packing and final dispatch preparation.
Coordinate with Accounts for billing/invoice and with QC for inspection/approval.
Arrange and paste shipping labels, packing slips,



LR/AWB and other dispatch documents on the correct shipment.
Maintain daily PO/dispatch status and ensure no PO gets stuck between departments.
Maintain proper records and ensure dispatch is accurate and on time.

Required:

Basic Excel/computer knowledge, positive numerical ability, attention to detail, responsibility and positive coordination skills.

Experience: 1–3 years in dispatch, stores, warehouse, order processing or FMCG preferred.

Pay: ₹9,524.29 - ₹30,729.25 per month
