Manage end-to-end patient communication and intake for a US-based telehealth provider. This role requires high-level coordination between patients, caregivers, and clinical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Call Management: Execute inbound and outbound calls with patients, caregivers, and healthcare stakeholders.
Patient Intake: Conduct full clinical intake for current and returning patients, ensuring all data is ready for telehealth providers.
Scheduling: Manage the medical calendar, including booking, confirming, and rescheduling appointments.
Guidance: Provide patients with transparent instructions on telehealth technology, pre-visit prep, and post-visit next steps.

Requirements:
Experience: 2–3 years in a US-facing healthcare process
Communication: Native or near-native US accent is strictly required.
Knowledge: Proficient in US healthcare terminology and HIPAA-compliant communication.
Technical: Experience with EHR/CRM software and telehealth platforms.

Shift: US Business Hours. Job Location: Kolkata [in-house only]

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
