E-commerce Account Executive

Experience: 3–4 years

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Finance or equivalent

Location: Chennai

We are looking for an experienced Accountant with hands-on knowledge of Tally, GST, e-commerce accounting, reconciliations, and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting in Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
Record and verify purchase, sales, expense, receipt, and payment entries.
Manage e-commerce sales and marketplace settlement reconciliation.
Reconcile payment gateways, bank statements, and marketplace reports.
Track returns, refunds, commissions, shipping charges, and other marketplace deductions.
Handle vendor accounts, purchase reconciliation, and payable tracking.
Assist with GST compliance, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B and ITC reconciliation.




Prepare monthly reports and support audit and statutory requirements.

Required Skills
3–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
Solid knowledge of Tally and GST.
Experience in e-commerce / marketplace accounting preferred.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel.
Robust reconciliation and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Experience with platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart, Myntra, or Shopify will be an added advantage. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
