Key Responsibilities

HDO Engineer
Install and configure Wi-Fi and broadband connections at customer locations.
Perform basic networking and connectivity-related activities.
Inspect and troubleshoot broadband and Wi-Fi installation issues.
Ensure proper installation and functioning of network equipment.
Provide technical support at customer locations.
Complete assigned installations and service activities within the required time.
Maintain skilled communication with customers during field visits.

Wireman
Assist with installation and wiring-related activities.
Perform basic electrical and technical work as required.
Support broadband and Wi-Fi installation activities at customer locations.
Identify basic technical issues and assist with troubleshooting.
Follow safety procedures while carrying out field work.

Technical Skills

HDO Engineer: Bike and valid driving licence are mandatory.
